The survey results are used in order for Columbus Charter School to qualify for Federal and State grants. Please help our school obtain our fair share of Federal and State grant money.  Schools with a higher number of needy children are awarded more grant money for teachers, supplies, and equipment.

First, please understand that we are required to collect this information by Federal and State laws.
